“Good evening, this is Mr. Cleffi, Principal of Morris Knolls High School.
On Tuesday, March 24th, an attempt was made in Boonton, to abduct a 10 year old girl and pull her into a car. The incident occurred at approximately 4:45pm. The driver of the car stopped his black, 4 door sedan, possibly a Lincoln Town car. The driver was described as a white male, in his 20s, about 5 foot 9, he was wearing black cargo pants, black boots, a black T Shirt with an image of a skull on it. He also was also wearing a black mask.
Students and parents should be alert and notify police immediately of any similar incident or of a sighting of a car or an individual matching this description.

Morris Catholic High School will be holding it’s annual 5k road race on Saturday March 14th @ 9am. The runners will leave the Morris Catholic campus onto Morris Ave then to Ford Road where the runners will turn around and follow the same route back to the school.
Traffic on Morris Ave and Ford Road will be restricted and motorist should expect delays in that area.

Denville Preschool Enrollment
The Denville Public Schools are pleased to announce the preschool registration for the 2015/16 school year. The class is held in Lakeview School and transportation is included in the tuition.
Inclusive Preschool Program for Four-Year Old and Five-Year Old Students
Register now to be included in the Denville Township Schools Inclusive Preschool Program
Preschool students enrolled in the preschool program at Lakeview Elementary School will:
Have a 2 ½ hour, 5 day per week program that follows the 10 month calendar
Have hands on activities, and sensory experiences incorporated in the daily lessons
Be exposed to a language rich curriculum
Work with a highly qualified and experienced preschool teacher
Be in an environment that fosters positive social relationships and quarterly progress conferences
Be transported free of charge
Children must be:
Toilet trained
Four years old by 10/1/15, or
Five years old on or after 10/1/15

The lottery drawing for September 2015 enrollment will take place on March 9, 2015.
Parents of children selected in the lottery will be required to submit a $500.00 non refundable deposit to the Denville Board of Education by April 15, 2015 to secure placement.
Subsequent monthly payments of $270.00 will be due no later than the 5th of each month, September through June, also payable to the Denville Board of Education. Children not selected, will remain in the lottery pool and selected as openings occur.
